Much labor is required between the completion of mold design and the commencement of mass production. First, the designed mold is prototyped and subjected to product evaluation, in which uniform quality is ensured by using three-dimensional measuring instruments and the like, and the mold is fine-tuned to prepare it for mass production. Although emerging technologies such as three-dimensional measuring instruments have enabled the production of higher-than-ever quality products by providing higher measurement accuracies, the final evaluation is made by human eyes; it is engineers and inspectors fully experienced in plastic products who ensure the truly high quality of the products.
The product is prototyped immediately based on the mold. The prototype is passed to the product evaluation process.

Yoshikawa Kasei has established a complete basis for evaluating various products by taking advantage of state-of-the-art inspecting and measuring instruments.
|
Since October 2006, a constant-temperature, constant-humidity laboratory has been in use, thereby providing higher-than-ever product evaluation capabilities.
