Pentax's Intlock laryngoscope blade, used in its leading-edge Airway Scope laryngoscope for intubation, takes advantage of Yoshikawa Kasei's proprietary technologies. The resin Intlock blade enables quick and accurate intubation and ensures infection protection by being sterilizable and disposable. An increasing number of reports show that the product allows intubation of patients in whom intubation would have been impossible with other conventional methods.
